Last home game of the season: U14s success

Yesterday evening the scene was set beautifully for the last home game of this season. After a wet weekend and more cancelled matches due to soggy pitches we managed to reschedule the U14s last match and squeeze it in before tomorrow’s deadline.

And what a difference a day makes … the sun was shining and the pitch firm. The team showed up to face a very strong opponent and gave it their all. 

Both teams battled hard but ultimately the Colts came out on top to win with a resounding 4-0 victory to round off their season. Well done boys!

Time for a well deserved rest now before the summer tournaments start and then back to training before we go again next season.
